 Covid19 – We wish to reassure you that Rainbow Security Systems are committed to the health and well-being of our employees and customers.

In line with Government guidelines we have suspended non emergency and routine service visits.

To address customers concerns with existing and upcoming agreement renewals, we have issued the following guidance.   

Annual Service Agreement Renewals / Emergency Cover

If you have a current service agreement you will still have access to our emergency call out and telephone support team. 

If your annual service agreement is due to expire, please contact us to arrange payment and we will continue to support your system. Your service visit will then be completed at a later date at your convenience.

It is important that your annual service agreement is renewed on time, this provides access to our engineer’s for assistance via telephone and/or attending the property for emergency call outs. This meets the requirements of your insurance company.

If we are required to attend site, we request you observe social distancing recommendations. Our engineer will take care to clean any surfaces he/she comes in contact with.

If you do not have a current service agreement, we reserve the right not to attend site.
