In light of the latest UK lockdown this update is to reassure you of our ongoing commitment through these difficult times.
Current guidelines mean that we can continue our service and installation works.
However should you have any concerns and wish to rearrange your appointment please contact our office to reschedule.
All appointments at a customers premises will be completed with hygiene and safety as a priority and our
engineers will adhere to the following guidelines.

Before entering your property we will verbally confirm that nobody involved has symptoms or has had a recent test for Covid-19.

Social distancing 2m at all times.

Face mask or/and shield to be worn in the property at all times.

Gloves to be worn if practically possible.

Hand washing/antibacterial gel to be used before entering the property and then immediately afterwards.

Doors to be left open to minimise contact within the household.

Any contact with surfaces/equipment to be wiped with antibacterial wipes.

Drinks refreshments are not to be accepted.
