All appointments at a customers premise will be completed with hygiene and safety as a priority and all

engineers will adhere to the following guidelines.

• Social distancing where practical.

• Before entering your property we will verbally confirm that nobody involved has symptoms or has had a recent test for Covid-19.

• Face mask or shield to be worn in the property at all times.

• Gloves to be worn if practically possible.

• Hand washing/antibacterial gel to be used before entering the property and then immediately afterwards.

• Any contact with surface to be wiped with Antibacterial wipes.

• Drinks refreshments are not be accepted.
