I just wanted to take a moment to feedback how great your engineer was yesterday. Its difficult for me to be working from home with meetings, calls and interruptions, but your engineer was brilliant, professional and so helpful working around the open reach engineer, and constant deliveries whilst he was here.
It’s hugely appreciated and you should be very proud of how your engineers are conducting themselves.
I will say the we are happy with the install and the product along with the fact that the engineer was professional and helpful which is hard to find these days.

Your engineer Craig came to our new house yesterday to service the Alarm and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with his knowledge, friendly attitude and customer service skills. When moving into a new home there is so much to do and so many utilities and people to deal with, having Craig here to service our Alarm system brightened my day. Just had one of your Engineers visit to service my alarm and as always on time ! I asked for a first call at 8.30 and he arrived a few minutes early, great stuff the Engineer was efficient, very pleasant and courteous so a big thank you to him.
